Returns/Exchanges

You may return new, unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (Minus shipping cost and restocking fee).

• Your refund will be posted to your account within 2-3 business days of us receiving your return package.

You may also exchange any new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery (Minus shipping cost and restocking fee).

To ensure best pricing, the following restocking fees will apply for Returns/Exchanges of:

Suits, Robes, Tuxedos: $35/per item

Shirts, Blouses: $15/per item

The Following Items Are Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

• Items indicated as Final Sale. 
• Items labeled as Ultimate
• Items part of the Inventory Reduction Sale - including ALL Cufflinks and ALL Dress Shirts at the moment.

**Please Note: You may not return or exchange these above items**

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
